Inspired by the 15th century masterpiece of Sandro Botticelli, this is my own version of The Birth of Venus, which is modern and high contrast-high colour image. Completed in September 2008 and featured on "View Basket" exhibition held at the Hayward Gallery at the Southbank Centre in London http://www.culture24.org.uk/art/art60419 .
