CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Cheques should be in British Pounds and made payable to Teddy Rabida. Your order will be despatched once the cheque has cleared and that you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
BANK TRANSFERS Payment may be made by bank transfer, once your order has been received you will be given instructions as to how to make the bank transfer. We accept bank transfers from overseas.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD/ PAYPAL Payment online by credit/debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way.
TRANSACTION Due to the artworks being available on other websites, the artist has the final right to confirm the purchase depending on the availability of the painting(s). The sale will be confirmed through an electronic invoice with schedule of shipment of the artworks.
DELIVERY & CHARGES We normally deliver by Royal Mail 1st Class and we endeavour to have the goods arrive within 3 business days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 7 days for delivery. A courier may be used depending on the size of the painting to ensure protection from shipping damages. All UK Mainland purchases are subject to FREE P&P (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and overseas).
We can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Shipping and packaging charges may be applied. International buyers must contact the artist prior to sending payments.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to admin@teddyrabidaonline.com. Cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).
COPYRIGHT The COPYRIGHT remains with the artist (Teddy Rabida) at all times. You (art buyer) do NOT have the right to reproduce this item in any form. Exceptions apply to pictures for insurance evidence or resale. No derivatives of this work may be made. Permission to copy/ re-produce the item must be sought from the artist(Teddy Rabida).
